Message	he incorperated himself right before he closed the shop, but since it is fruad, and theft of property its criminal charges,becuase not only did i pay for services but also goods so unless he wants to give me injectors and an ecu program and pistons as well as rods, he stole the money or theproperty which was mine in the shop,, i might not be able to get the services out of him but he owes me products i paid for, so its theft
